This unique, one of a kind teapot was created using band building techniques with a white stoneware clay body. The handbuilding gives the teapot a handcrafted wabi sabi feel, making tea time a precious moment. The teapot is decorated using the sgraffito technique that adds to the textural experience. Fired and glazed in a matte transparent glaze that is soft and smooth to the touch. A 22k gold luster firing is added to the handle.
