This vase was hand-built using the pinch and coil method. Created with a red stoneware clay body. The vase is finished with a matte yellow salt glaze fired to 2170 degrees and then fired a third time with gold luster details. I think of this vase as my Farmer's market flower vase, perfect for a full bouquet. Also heavy enough to counter the weight of the flowers.
