This Jar was handcrafted using slab building techniques in a brown mid-range stoneware clay body. Then painted with white underglaze and carved using the sgraffito method to create the floral design. The inside of the jar is glazed with a clear shiny glaze. This jar is food safe, but not airtight. Ideal for storing sugar and salts.
